We are unable to make deliveries on Sundays except to funeral homes. Deliveries requested on this day will be delivered the following business day.
Delivery of orders to rural route addresses or cemeteries cannot be guaranteed.
We will be happy to accept your international orders if you call our shop directly. We are unable to accept international orders over the Internet.

To return any items for credit, you must first contact us by email or phone to obtain a return number. You will also be asked to include a copy of your on line purchase receipt with your return. We will not reimburse for postage on returns. Please carefully wrap any items that are to be returned to ensure that we receive them in the same condition they were sent. When shipping any packages, please use a system with tracking numbers of some kind. WillowTree Gifts & Flower Boutique will not be responsible for any lost packages.
Each delivery is insured for the product amount and that is included in your shipping and handling fee.
Back Orders
If an item is out of stock or on back order, you will be notified immediately by email.
Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.
